Nearly thirty years on

Salvatore's has been part of Darwin since 1997 — a true city institution on the corner of Smith & Knuckey Streets. Through nearly three decades we've kept things simple: great food, generous portions, good value, and dishes we're proud to put on the table.

Our coffee blend is our own, satisfying coffee connoisseurs since 1997. Our pastry chef bakes every cake, tart and croissant in-house. And our kitchen still cooks the Italian-inspired favourites regulars have loved for generations.
